AFTERNOON FRIENDS
Parents, the children have been told that there is no more “Show ‘n Tell” at the beginning of the day. Please help the teachers with this by keeping children’s toys at home or in their mailbox.
Children need warm coats, hats and mittens every day now that the cold weather is here. Eventually the children will need snow pants and snow boots so that they can go out in the really cold weather.
It as been said that the afternoon students are really good with their scissor cutting; way to go!

Thank you for all the pumpkins and gourds that you donated for our Farmers Market. The children had such a great time sharing the items, naming and handling the items, putting them into the grocery carts and of course “cooking” them for the teachers and their friends. It was great seasonal fun! Please be here on Saturday, November 15 to pick up the Elegant Farmer Pie Orders between 10am – 12pm Thank you for supporting your child’s preschool in this way. I hope you enjoy the pies and breads! FOR YOUR CHILD’S SAFETY NO RUNNING IN THE PARKING LOT!! Please drive slowly and safely through the upper and lower parking lots.

DISMISSAL
The children will be dismissed in a safe way; please wait in the hallway until a teacher opens the classroom door. Your child will be sitting at a table waiting for you to come to him/her. No child will be allowed to run to you when you enter the door; if your child does run to you please walk him/her back to his/her seat. We need your help to assure all children are safe at dismissal.
Remind your child to use walking feet inside and running feet on the grass. All children need to be accompanied to their vehicle by an adult; children should not run free in the parking lot. Let's keep everyone safe!
Only authorized people listed on your child's enrollment form will be allowed to leave with your child. Teachers will be checking these forms to assure your child is with the correct person.
